2. Vehicle Sales

• All vehicles are HPI clear unless otherwise stated. Checks include finance, write-off, and mileage discrepancy reports.
• Cars are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not reserve vehicles without a deposit.
• Viewings and test drives are by appointment only. Proof of a valid driving licence will be required for test drives.

3. Payments

• We primarily accept bank transfer. Deposits may be paid via card where agreed.
• Full payment must be cleared before ownership of the vehicle is transferred.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Warranty & Returns

• Every vehicle comes with a standard warranty, with the option to purchase an extended warranty where available.
• Due to the nature of used vehicles, returns are not accepted once the sale is completed, except where required by law.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the vehicle thoroughly before purchase.

5. Delivery

• Nationwide delivery can be arranged at competitive rates.
• Delivery costs must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
• Risk passes to the buyer once the vehicle has been delivered and signed for.

6. Limitation of Liability

• MotorArc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle.
• Vehicles are sold as seen and described, subject to any agreed warranty terms.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to insure and maintain the vehicle once purchased.
